We bought the 30 inch electric cooktop without seeing the unit in person My wife who is legally blind had her apprehensions but she learn how to use in a short time. The stove works as advertised if not better. Controls are laid out nicely and easy to understand.

This LG cooktop has every setting a gourmet cook could want but for me a hate-to-be-in-the-kitchen cook it is a true godsend. I no longer boil over my pasta water have a warming plate to save me when my meat cooks faster than my vegetables. It is remarkable with technology that makes every meal easy and - even for me - fun.

Nice features loved it but only worked for 1 year before the control panel stopped working. Unit was still within its 2 year warranty agreement stated in owners manual and service agreement but LG would not replace or repair the unit. Still fighting to get my money back since the unit was under warranty. Will not be purchasing another product from LG again
