Our previous washer was a front loader LG that was plagued with mold issues and never did a good job because it did not have enough water to do the job.
This top loader solves all the issues and we are elated.

LG Washer is not what I expected. First thing it does not put enough water in tub to wash your clothes. Clothes on top are still dry all during wash cycle. 2nd you have to re-set settings EACH and EVERYTIME you use washer. Most my clothes are just NORMAL tap water light soil but you have to re-set settings every load of wash. This is a waste of time and I dont like this. Also certain wash cycles you cant set what you want to use you have to use LGs pre-set settings. Whose washer is this mine or LG ?? Wish I had of known all these problems before I purchased. Do not like this washer.

We did a lot of research before making this choice. We could not be happier with our choice. The drum is larger and so we can get a lot washed well bedding work clothes regular clothes. It all gets cleaned extremely well.

Nice size unit. Top load. Has sensors to detect proper water level. Digital electronics. Clear door to see whats happening in the drum. Stainless steel drum. Drying time is reduced due to the nice spin cycle. Can also tie the unit to your cell phone for remote start lets you know the cycle is complete and troubleshooting information.

Only had for 2 weeks but it seems to work very well. I have not had a problem with low water levels. All my laundry gets soaked before wash cycle begins. My only complaint is that I am short and the tub is so deep that it is hard to get the laundry out when the cycle is finished. The tradeoff for that is a good one in that the tub is so large I can fit much more in it than my previous washer held. I dont add too much more than before to avoid overfilling but it is nice to eliminate a load or 2 on wash day.

Laundry comes out clean. Touch stains need to be treated before putting them into the machine. I have only used cold water. I really appreciate all the functions and the extra high spin as well as spin only functions. For the pet laundry extra rinse is VIP to us. The see through lid also entertains the kids for at least the length of a cycle.

We had the washer installed a month ago and have used it numerous times. Washed clothes are super clean the spin cycle really gets out the water and it has done a great job with stained clothes. It replaced an ancient washer purchased long before the days of high tech and figuring out the controls on this is more difficult less intuitive. Why 4 stars? Unfortunately the manuals both paper and online have only helped somewhat with those controls. We are in our late 70s obviously not digital natives and the controls have been especially complicated for my spouse. The washers great LG needs to redo the manuals to meet the needs of all kinds of users.

I bought the washer in June and so far it had worked great. I love the convenience of getting notified on my phone that the wash is done. Plus it sends settings to the dryer based on what wash settings you used.

We were looking for another washer because we were tired of not getting enough water to wash the cloths and we came across this one. What a great washer this has been so far. We love having the agitator back in a washer and if you use the Deep Wash function you get a deep wash Plenty of water I would highly recommend this LG product

I like an old school machine but with modern conveniences.... I love the glass top and the agitator. Many new washer do not have an agitator - but this one does. The options for wash and water temp are many... this machine can do it all. The drum is very large and can do heavy loads - but it allows you to regulate the amount of water if you wish to do a light load - amazing. Very Very happy with this product
